It offers a Russian steam bath with a plunge pool, a Playground for football and volleyball, children's Playground, gazebo for picnics and relaxation. There is a billiard room and table tennis, rental of bicycles and seasonal sports equipment. The complex is a small birch grove, 4 ponds, a small eco-farm and a private forge.

Has specially designed festive tents and halls for celebrations, corporate and business events.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the penalty will be 100% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day.
Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.

How to get there

Moscow region, Istrinsky R-n, village of Aleksino, Ter SNT Aleksino

From MKAD to move either along Volokolamskoe or Novorizhskoe highway, turn right down Small Moscow ring ("Betonka").

Guidance – turn on the Istra when driving on Novorizhskoe highway and the intersection with the traffic police post at the traffic on the highway Volokolamka.

After the exit of Volokolamsk highway about 3 km before turning right into the village Aleksino.

Continue straight through the village. Before you sign "Aleksino Istra, 2 km" – turn left. Then Remo on the way to the gate. Turn right on the road into the woods and move to the entrance to the complex.

Отмечали в Алексино мой день рождения. Домики, природа, сервис - всё на уровне! Приятная Милана помогала по всем вопросам. На базу разрешено брать свой алкоголь, очень удобно.Банкетный зал очень большой, есть танцпол. Территория красивая, много цветов, растений и клумбочек. Рядом лес. Гости остались довольны! Мы приезжали на 2 дня и кое-кто успел набрать корзинку грибов! Прекрасная, по-хорошему деревенская атмосфера на базе, рекомендую всем уставшим от столицы жителям.

Отдыхали летом 2018 с дочкой и мужем. Нам все понравилось! Территория ухоженная, живописные пруды, беседки для отдыха, прогулочные дорожки. После шумной Москвы размеренная прогулка это просто благодать. Есть небольшая ферма, детки с удовольствием наблюдают за жизнью животных. Готовили мы сами, благо в домике есть все, что необходимо. У дома небольшая площадка, там мангал, кто любит пожарить шашлык.
Муж ходил в баню, отличная! Всё новое, чисто, видно, что ухаживают. Хорошо натопили, на совесть. В наш приезд было тихо и спокойно, хотя на территории есть шатры для мероприятий. В целом, мы остались довольны.
