Reservations are guaranteed subject to the advance 100% payment for the reservation at least one night. Non-guaranteed reservation the room is reserved until 18:00 the day of arrival, guaranteed reservation until 03:00 of the day following the day of arrival. When booking more than 5 rooms are considered a group check in and must be guaranteed subject to the advance 100% payment for reservation for all rooms. In case of late check-out between 12:00 local time (Moscow time) till 18:00 hours local time (Moscow time), the surcharge is 50% of the room rate. In case of late check-out after 18:00 hours (Moscow time) on the day of departure, the bonus is 100% of the room rate. |
