Free cancellation 7 hours prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 7 hours before arrival the penalty will be 50% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.

By public transport:
From Vladivostok bus Vladivostok — Nakhodka No. 506, S. Dushkin (on the turn), then either a bus Discovery of the South Sea No. 122 to stop the settlement of the Average, then taxi to Hotel complex "Avangard".
From Khabarovsk by train to Nakhodka (Pacific station) continue by taxi.
By car:
From Vladivostok on the highway "Vladivostok – Khabarovsk" to p. Corner (40 km). Then turn right on Artem, Nakhodka (the pointer). Continue along the main road in the direction of the Nakhodka on 116 km of motorway in S. Dushkin turn right onto p. South Sea (the pointer). Continue along the main road to the pond with water lilies (5.2 km) then turn left on a dirt road (2.1 km) to the village vanguard. At the entrance to the village on the right side, before you reach the store, is located the Hotel complex "Avangard". Journey time – 3 hours.
From Khabarovsk on the highway "Khabarovsk – Vladivostok", before reaching Vladivostok, 40 km away from p. the Corner – turn left at Artem, Nakhodka. Then same as from Vladivostok.
