Villa «Santa-Bannoe»
Villa "Santa-Bath" is located above the lake Subakti in the village of Kusimovskiy Rudnik in the Republic of Bashkortostan and is focused on active recreation. In summer here you can enjoy SUP and Windsurfing, and in winter – to use the services of ski centre "metallurg-Magnitogorsk" in the vicinity.
The Villa is a modern warm house: gas heating, Underfloor heating, spacious rooms, the decoration used natural materials. Designed to accommodate 6-8 people, for example, two families with children.
Kitchen-dining room with exit to the terrace has all the necessary equipment for self catering and crockery for 10 people.
In winter directly in front of the house organized a small skating rink. For water recreation in the summer there are rowing boats, kayaks, boards, SUP surfing, organized by the Windsurfing training.

Two bedrooms with double beds and one with single and bunk beds. In the living room - two sofas, a kitchen-dining room - refrigerator, microwave, stove, dining table and children's table
