The houseboat, the Ark, is a cosy guest house situated right on the water near the village Sorola of the Republic of Karelia. Houseboat or floating home is located in one of the bays of Ladoga lake and offers its guests a quiet and relaxing holiday among a pure Karelian nature with family or friends. The house has everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation, and the most active offers boat trips and horse riding, and excursions to interesting places of Karelia.

The houseboat has three floors and a few beds (double and single bed sofas) that can seat up to 12 people.

It features a private wood-fired sauna with a swimming pool and a shared lounge, a fireplace, a picnic area outdoors. There is Parking for cars. There are necessary conditions for events.
