The base of rest "the House of the sea" is located on the Black sea in the village Okunivka Republic of Crimea. Great place for a country holiday by the sea away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In Okunivka atmosphere of a real Russian village - quiet, tranquility, amazing nature, natural and organic homemade products. Just 20 metres from the cottage there is a sandy beach; the sea water is clear and clean.
At the same time the base can accommodate up to 32 people.
Accommodation is in cosy rooms in wooden houses and trailers that can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. There are cabins with private facilities and economy options; almost all with sea views.

In the village center (7 min. walk) there are shops, small market, medical center.
