Free cancellation is not possible. In case of cancellation more than 45 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the received prepayment will be charged . In case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival the penalty will be 100% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 9 hours of the reservation day. Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.
