Recreation centers of the Verhnee Volozero (Voloozero, Vola) lake

Lake Upper Volozero is located in Medvezhiegorsk region of Karelia and is quite a vast area – 44 sq. km. On its shores is located the eponymous village, in which there is a cosy guest house where visitors can comfortably relax, visit the sauna or enjoy a picnic. Other settlements nearby: banks are covered with nice green forest, which provides excellent opportunities for a relaxing and peaceful retreat on lake Upper Volozero. Here you can freely enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and fishing in a clean lake waters are home to pike, roach, perch, ukleja, burbot, ruff and other species.
