Recreation centers of the Ryuttyu-yarvi lake

Lake Ruttu-yarvi is located in Sortavala region of Karelia, near the village of Rutty. It occupies a relatively small area of about 1 sq. km., surrounded by beautiful Karelian forest. Most of this place will appeal to tourists who just want to spend time in nature, stay with the tent for the weekend, have a picnic or take a dip on a warm summer day. Stay on the lake Ruttu-yarvi is also suitable for transit travellers who want to spend the night in the long road: the reservoir is located just 2-3 km from the highway A-121 "Sortavala".
