It offers different options:

• The comfortable rooms (2 suites and 35 rooms of "Standard");
• Wooden cottages in the classic Russian style.

A total of 5 two-storey cottages from Altai red cedar with all the amenities. Each cottage for 8 double rooms.

On-site restaurant where guests can taste delicious dishes of Russian cuisine. Breakfast included in the room rate in summer.

The restaurant is located in a separate building on two levels. On the 1st floor a kitchen and a café with a summer terrace. In the summer rooms can accommodate up to 130 people at a time, in winter – up to 80 people.

On the territory there is a sauna, gazebo, sheds for resting and protection from the sun. It features a tennis court, Playground, archery range, bikes and gyrometer, water slides and rides in the territory of the turquoise Katun. For children there is a Playground and children's room. A rental of sporting equipment and fishing gear.
