Complex of guest houses "house by the sea" located in a unique location on the shores of the Baltic sea, near the Curonian lagoon. The complex includes several houses and apartments located in different parts of the city of Zelenogradsk and its surroundings. All houses made in different styles, equipped with all necessary amenities and ready to welcome guests all year round. Many of them have sea views or are within a 2-minute walk from the coast.

The complex consists of cozy guest houses and apartments:
"Domik gudovicha" for 2-4 people (Zelenogradsk, street Pushkin, d. 3);
Apartment "the Captain" (Zelenogradsk, Volodarsky's street, d. 28A): only 4 rooms, can accommodate up to 5 guests each;
Apartments "ELEKTRA" (Zelenogradsk, the Resort Ave., 14/5 and 14/7): rooms for 2-4 people;
Mini-hotel "Wild coast" (town of Pionersky, fishing village, street Linden alley, D. 25A): only 5 rooms with a capacity from 2 up to 4 guests.
Infrastructure
Apartments "Captain", "Domik gudovicha" and mini-hotel "Wild coast" have their own sites with barbecue areas.
In the building of mini-hotel "Wild coast" there is a Banquet room for 25 people with fireplace and music equipment, and a wood-fired sauna with a relaxation room for 10 people.
Outside the apartment ELEKTRA and the mini-hotel "Wild coast" has Parking.
Отличные апартаменты. Никакой помпезности, домашняя атмосфера, то, что мы искали! Море рядом, в комнатах есть все для комфортного проживания. Во дворе мангал, можно приготовить барбекю.Буквально в 2 шагах чудесный парк, кафе, ресторанчики. Будем еще в Зеленоградске обязательно заедем!
Уютный и милый домик у моря. Хозяйка очень приятная и радушная женщина, всё показывала и рассказывала. В домике идеальная чистота и порядок. Расположение порадовало и море близко, и променад, и парк, и развлечения, кому нужно. Нам понравилось, что находясь вблизи оживления, можно уединиться и чувствовать себя как на отдельном острове!
