Rooms 1-2-3-4 local with extra space and family two-room " Studio". All rooms with private facilities ( shower, toilet, washbasin, hot and cold water), fridge, TV plasma, split system. Cozy patio with subtropical plants, fairy tale characters, romantic night lighting and comfortable sofas has to rest. A small children's area. Tilting the pool ( 7 x 4), fitness area, Playground for discos and concerts, summer theater, area for creative work with children, a barbecue area for barbecue, table tennis, air hockey for kids, karaoke. Family two-room "Studio": 1 roomwith a sofa-transformer (bed width 1.40 cm), armchair convertible (bed width 80 cm), TV plasma, DVD, heating, carpeted, refrigerator, air-conditioner, coffee table. The 2nd room: two single beds or one single bed, plasma TV, carpeting, cabinets for storage of small things, wardrobe.

Food two to three times a day, at the request of customers, organized in a dining room on campus.

Breakfast consists of two courses (for example: porridge+pancakes or an omelet, or casserole )+ slicing (cheese, butter or sausage oil )+ bread+tea, coffee.
