Отдыхали 4 года назад и в августе 2024г. - стало гораздо хуже, особенно питание. Кроме проживания - абсолютно все платное - от бассейна (1тр на одного в день), до веревочного городка, детской игровой, не говоря уже об оплате обеда и ужина. Магазин на территории никакой, кафе в будни не работает. Уезжая, забыли телефон (детский кнопочный) - его нашли, но никто нам не позвонил. Более того, когда я обратилась с вопросом - с трудом добилась ответа, что кто-то его нашел, но тел нашедшего мне не дали... Все общение высокомерно и невежливо. Чем кончится истоия с забытым телефоном - непонятно...
