No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — 0% of the prepayment amount.

Late check-out will be charged separately:
from 30 minutes to 6 hours, hourly room rate
from 6 to 12 hours – 50% room rate
more than 12 hours – 100% room rate.
If you arrive one day of the day the price increases by 20%.
How to get there
Leningrad region, Priozersk district, village of Larionova
From St. Petersburg to move on Priozersk highway to the village of Larionovo is about 124 km. Then turn right toward the village Zaostrov and 12 km directly to the settlement Engine. In the Engine on the first turn to go left onto a dirt road. 100 m further past the houses on the next turn left again and another 600 m to enter the territory of the recreation center.
Приезжали вдвоем, отдохнули хорошо, все было на достойном уровне. Хорошая сауна, бассейн, есть отличный ресторанчик, где тоже можно посидеть отдохнуть. КРасиво на берегу, можно взять лодки и устроить себе романтическую прогулку)). Номер ухоженый, все отлично. Довольны.
