С 23 по 25 сентября 2016 г. отдыхали с мужем в Вашем отеле. Дети сделали мне подарок на День моего рождения - сертификат на проживание в Вашем отеле, в номере Delux. С первых минут встречи и общения с Вашими сотрудниками (всех подразделений) привел нас в приятное удивление. Участие, открытость, желание помочь, решить любые вопросы, связанные с пребыванием в отеле. Девушки с Reception заслуживают отдельной благодарности!!!! Такая доброжелательность и искренность!!!! Давно такого не встречали. Спасибо!!! Ваш СПА - это райский уголок!!!! Много лет посещаю различные СПА - салоны, СПА - курорты. Это связано с работой (медицинские лекции по эффективности и проведению различных СПА процедур) и посещение СПА для укрепления собственного здоровья. Все великолепно!!! Сотрудники СПА проводят навигацию по СПА отделению, а я бы добавила еще лоцию от СПА - оператора, на входе посетителей. В какой последовательности рекомендовано принимать процедуры и сколько по времени. Девочки дают справку о полезности этих процедур, а как их правильно принимать, знают не все посетители. Я читала критические отзывы про Ваш СПА и четко поняла, кто воспринимает посещение СПА как аттракцион, как развлечение, и возможность попробовать что-то новенькое, то есть такой СПА - туризм, чаще всего не довольны, как правило, ресторанным сервисом для посетителей СПА или отсутствием волшебного эффекта от процедуры. А для получения такого (волшебного) эффекта, важна регулярность!! Я Вам говорю, как специалист в области оздоровления организма - у Вас все классно и продумано, именно, для Оздоровления Через Воду. Бассейн - это чудо!!! Комфортная температура, великолепные гидромассажные зоны, вода без запаха хлора, очень комфортная для кожи. Безупречная чистота везде ( номер, СПА, бассейн, ресторан, холлы). Отдельный восторг по поводу номера DELUX - Все сделано с таким вкусом.. К предметам прикасаешься с удовольствие и приятными ощущениями. Вокруг тишина и великолепный вид из окна на поселок. Возникает чувство, что отель пустой, но вечером, глядя в окна полные света, становится ясно - мы не одни, но никто никому не мешает отдыхать!!!! Молодцы!!! Ресторан - очень приятное место, с внимательным и предупредительным персоналом. Цены на меню, действительно высоковаты. Не увидела в меню простых, привычных блюд, которые можно предложить детям и людям, которые придерживаются определенной диеты. Много блюд с оригинальной, экзотической рецептурой для гурманов. Но кто- то любит гастрономические эксперименты, а кто-то придерживается привычной рецептуры. В наше прибывание в отеле, был включен обед. Очень удивило, что предлагают только один вид супа, не включены напитки (морс, чай, кофе), не включен хлеб. Салаты и горячее имеют очень оригинальную рецептуру, я бы даже сказала, весьма специфическую . К сожалению нет возможности купить простую питьевую воду. В сутки необходимо выпивать 2 литра чистой питьевой воды, а взять ее негде. В ресторане вода очень дорогая. Поставьте автоматы по продаже напитков, думаю это всем понравится. Прошу Вас все наши замечания рассматривать как пожелания, для улучшения пребывания гостей в Вашем отеле. Честно скажу, уезжать не хотелось!!!! За 3 дня действительно отдохнули и восстановились!!! Чувство, что вернулись из отпуска!!! Спасибо Вам за поздравления с Днем рождения. Было очень приятно!! Желаем Вашему отелю процветания и постоянного совершенствования в области сервиса. Country hotel «Velich Country Club»
The hotel has 25 rooms of different categories. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, with air conditioning and a bathroom with Slippers and bathrobes.
The country-club's restaurant serves Russian and European cuisine and the bar serves cocktails. The summer cafe offers grilled meals.
Guests can play Billiards, bowling, and tennis, visit the gym or swim in the indoor pool, which is located in the main building. On site free private Parking is available.

Along the Novorizhskoye highway (Western direction) follow the signs for Zvenigorod set in 24 km from MKAD.
