Room fund
For accommodation it offers detached log house. Each cottage has individual heating in all the cottages are open all year.
Food
All homes campings equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) with a full set of dishes and equipment for cooking barbecue.
Free cancellation 4 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 4 days before arrival the penalty will be 100% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.

Children from 5 to 10 years are accommodated with 50% discount.

How to get there
Nizhny Novgorod region, Vorotynskiy R-n, the village of Fokino, ul Naberezhnaya 7
By car:
you must drive on the highway M7 from Nizhny Novgorod to Cheboksary side to the Vorotynets;
after sign locality "Vorotynets", after 300 m the traffic light, and turn right (South bus station after turning is on the right);
next you need to go straight on the road through the Vorotynets (about 1 km);
then always straight on the main road to the village of Fokino;
having driven to the village of Fokino, you must move all the time on the main road to the square "3 stores" (on the right is school);
100 m after the square at the intersection to turn right;
further down to the banks of the river Volga;
after the descent turn left and go straight 200 m more to the recreation center.
Мы ездили с большой компанией. Все очень понравилось.. только погода была не очень, снег и сильный ветер. Единственный минус в трёх комнатах стоят двухэтажные кровати, а отопление идёт сверху...и спать на верху просто не возможно,как будто на печке. Вообще это место для рыбаков... а мы приезжали просто отдохнуть компанией. Есть интересное место чуть выше коттеджа, похожее на лобное место как на доме 2))))

Жили в шикарном новом доме с кухней, домашним кинотеатром и шикарной мебелью.
Все было очень здорово.

Фокино - лучшее место для отдыха.
Отдых на базе отдыха "Фокино-Приволжье" нам понравился. Очень уютно и комфортно. Отличная баня! Везде чистота и порядок!
Из пожеланий:
1. оградить территорию базы хотя бы символическим забором
2. для работников охраны сделать более достойное место для работы

Хочется, что бы было питание на базе - хотяб обеды, что бы с готовкой меньше заморачиваться
В домиках тепло и чудесно! В бане жар пробирает до костей и предусмотрены все мелочи, такая забота очень порадовала! Отзывчивому д.Сереже особая благодарность! Удалось немного попутешествовать - на лыжах добрались до другого берега Волги. Отдых и душой и телом получился на славу!
