Guests are accommodated in comfortable 2-bed rooms, located in comfortable cottages. Only on the territory of 4 cottages and 5 rooms. Each cottage can accommodate up to 10 people.
There are 3 rooms located in the restaurant building.
At a distance of about 30 km from the main territory of the recreation center "Seagull" on the Bank of the river Uzola in the village Smolki are three separate guest cottage for 14 people each.
For a database running a two-storey restaurant complex with bar, billiard, hookah and a large screen, designed for 250 people. The restaurant offers dishes of Russian and European cuisine.
In the price includes a comprehensive 2 meals (Breakfast and lunch), dinner at extra cost.
Possible holiday events.
The base has equipped barbecue areas for preparing kebabs.
It offers a sauna, swimming pool, gazebo and picnic areas, as well as the location and facilities to play football and tennis. In the restaurant complex include Billiards. For children a Playground and a trampoline. In winter time there is a hire of skates, skis and snowmobiles.
There is everything necessary for holding corporate and festive events.

Наверное мы не удачно выбрали время,но искупаться нам не удалось. Вода была грязная,зеленая/как нам сказали-цвела/.
В номерах было чисто,не считая стен и окна/они были грязные/,но не уютно.
Второй раз мы конечно не поедем.
За такие деньги можно найти и лучше места.
За два дня двухкомнатный номер без питания 10 000 руб.
Сервис нулевой. Мусор выносишь сам,подмести нечем и никто не приходит это сделать,а ведь все равно песок и мусор с пляжа заносится в номер.
В ванной комнате душевая кабина ходит ходуном,кран в джакузи держится на честном слове.
В ресторане обедали один раз по приезду. Вкусно и работники вежливые.
Заплатили на троих за второе,блинчики и морс 1760 руб.
Дорого или нет? Кому как.
Занять себя абсолютно нечем. Как нам сказали -дышите свежим и чистым воздухом.
Нет,есть там и сауна и бильярд с тенисом. Я боюсь представить сколько это стоит да и чтобы воспользоваться этим досугом,надо уметь играть.
Не всем это подходит.
Правда,шашлыки можно делать.

Дорого и скучно.
Снимали весь коттедж большой компанией.У каждой пары был свой номер.Тепло,уютно,большая гостиная с кухней и всей кухонной утварью.
