The base of rest "Manor on Mikode" located on the shore of the lake in the most ecological place in Orenburg region. It is a favorite place for townspeople. It is located on the way from the airport to the centre of Orenburg, so every visitor will be able to stay in it.

The base of rest "Manor on Mikode" invites everyone to visit the complex of hotels with the possibility of accommodation in one of comfortable rooms or the guest house. Visitors here relax in the bath, sauna. The recreation center offers a cosy restaurant, located on the territory of the recreation center. Friendly staff, wide choice of entertainment will satisfy both lovers of quiet and relaxing holiday, and fans of active recreation.

On-site recreation located year-round pools, recreation areas with gazebos, barbecue. Guests base are offered to make horseback riding, sports equipment rental, riding on the carriage, a visit to the Solarium. Fans will warm up, will be able to visit a real Russian bath and in the evening to play Billiards.

The recreation center takes orders for corporate rest, the organization of a feast or celebration.

Отдыхали в конце августа. Заранее забронировали за смешную предоплату - 1000 рублей. Приехали посмотреть. Администратор Инга - улыбчивая, приятная, вежливая. Все показала, объяснила правила заезда/выезда. Она всегда на связи!
Территория чистая, просторная, удобная - беседка, мангальная зона, бассейн. В доме все для комфортного пребывания - большой стол, скамейки с подушечками, телевизор. Спальни с пастельным бельем, полотенца. Выражаем благодарность всем сотрудникам усадьбы - администратору Инге, горничным, уборщикам территории за их труд, внимательное отношение и организацию нашего отдыха!

Оксана, зачем Вы написали такой отзыв, если Вы передумали отдыхать в домике, а мы предложили перенести время и место на другое, Вы согласились, отдохнули, сказали, что понравилось, приедем еще? Неожиданно.

Договорные условия ужасные!!!!! Не приемлемые для удобства клиента!!!!! Хотели снять домик, за 1,5 месяца до мероприятия, посмотрели и оставили предоплату 1000 рублей. Ровно через 2 дня решили отказаться от данного мероприятий. Была крайне возмущена тем, что предоплату не стали возвращать. По всем правилам:
- если отказ от услуги происходит за 3-5 дней предоплата не возвращается,
- если отказ от услуги происходит за 2 недели, возвращается 50%,
- если отказ от услуги происходит за 1 месяц возвращается 100%.
Только на этой турбазе кабальные и не уважительные условия к клиенту!!!!!! Мы возмущены!!! Позорники администраторы этого заведения, цепляющиеся за каждую тысячу, а не за клиента. За два дня не оказывая ни каких услуг, сидя ровно на попе, заработать 1000 рублей. За что взяли 1000 рублей???????????? Я читала отрицательные отзывы об этом заведении, но не поверила людям. Вот убедилась.
