Art Park "winter fishing" is in a beautiful natural area in Primorsky region in 40 km from Vladivostok, and is a large modern holiday complex for the whole family. The art Park has a spacious picturesque grounds with plenty of guest houses, cafes, various art objects and recreational areas, creative workshops and a variety of rental equipment. In the Park there are all necessary conditions for active, recreational and educational leisure, sports and amusement games and other engaging activities for adults and children.
Room fund
Guests are accommodated in comfortable modern rooms, located in a large Garden house or detached guest houses, made in different designs. It is possible to stay in tents on site (only with own tents).
Food
For guests of the complex are cafe home cooking "winter fishing" (a hall for 40 persons), a café on the banks of the "pond" (room for 45 persons), Italian cafe "Penguin" and a small summer point-Teremok "Marozka". There is a special children's menu.
Infrastructure
On site there are various pavilions, houses, towers and equipped areas for picnic and recreation, photo zone, a separate area for sports, bike paths, and playgrounds for children and a children's adventure Park. There are two pools for adults and children. In winter, an ice rink, organised trails for rafting and Alpine skiing. On-site Parking.

The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — % of the prepayment amount.

Free of charge without a seat up to 5 years
Special conditions
Check in to the rooms and houses is available from 15:00 or 16:00, check - out till 13:00 or 14:00, respectively (depending on the house/rooms).
Upon arrival in rooms and houses paid a refundable Deposit in the amount of 1000 RUB.
The rate for extra bed in the rooms and cottages is 500 rubles/day on weekdays and 600 rubles/day in weekends/holidays.
Check in the camping is at 13:00, check - out till 11:00. Possible early check in and late check out subject to availability by prior arrangement at an additional cost. Accommodation is possible only with their tents.

Место чудное! Парк большой и продуманный. Очень радует, что сделан из природного материала -древисины. Каждый сезон отмечен своим украшением. В этом сезоне фото-зона украшена русской печкой, баллалайкой из дерева в деревенском стиле. Это шедевр! Молодцы! Есть где отдохнуть как детям, так и взрослым. Одним словом красота! Есть живой уголок! Катание на лодках! Отдых для души и тела! Сегодня любовалась красотой белочки "Шустрика!". Хозяева парка продумали ему большой, уютный и красивый домик, но он, как мне показалось, очень хочет к своим, в лес! И приятна забота, и жалко звирюшку! Я бы отпустила его в лес! А в остальном, большой респект и уважение!
