The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — 0% of the prepayment amount.
Special conditions
If you arrive between 8:00 to 14:00 and the room will be free. that is, the ability to accommodate at no extra charge. If on the day of departure the room there is no other reservation, and no one enters, it is possible at no extra charge to stay in the room until 18:00.
