Tourist base "Vysotnik" is located on the right Bank of the Katun river, at the foot of mount Belukha — the highest point of Altai. The place is ideal for those wishing to spend a holiday immersed in nature in a circle of loved ones while enjoying fresh air and be away from everyday problems and worries. It offers cosy rooms, a spacious bar-cafe, sauna and steam room, as well as a place for tents for those who need to stop, which would then continue their journey to the peaks of the Altai

On campus is located three-storey hotel with single and double rooms, as well as two-storey "tourist site" with 2 -, 3-and 4-bed rooms, only open in the summer.
