The hotel complex "bear 33" is located in a birch grove on the outskirts of the village of Novoabzakovo of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Specialization ski holiday here includes not only skiing the slopes of nearby resorts in the winter, but also training in sports school on the basis of the complex all year round. In summer you can enjoy Hiking, Biking and horseback riding, rafting. The complex provides opportunities to stay with the company, family, group or team, and also for special events.

Room fund

Three buildings contain single and double rooms category "Standard", "Studio", "Junior Suite" and "Suite" can accommodate from one to 8 places. In total, the complex can accommodate up to 130 people. All rooms are well appointed, some have a private entrance from the street.

Food

The complex includes a cafe "Berloga" home and traditional Russian cuisine with à La carte menu. It is possible Banquet services. Many rooms have a kitchen area and a full kitchen are available on site barbecue area.

Отдыхала здесь в конце мая 2023г. третий раз..Ранее более менее устраивало .Но такого отношения к клиентам, а их здесь почти нет, пустые корпуса,- не могла ожидать нынче..Отвратительный сервис(( Хамское отношение к клиентам со стороны персонала. Несоответствие заявленных услуг реально предоставляемым.. Расчет с клиентами "мимо" кассового терминала, без оформления в журнале. В номерах уборка - только по запросу, мусор выносят не каждый день. Нужно было отодвинуть тумбочку, а за ней - мусор, игрушки ,забытые предыдущими гостями..Сантехника неисправна. Саше с гигиеническими принадлежностями обновляются раз в 5 дней, а плата за номер -посуточная)) Администраторы -хамки.. Детская площадка
находится рядом с мусорными баками. По дорожкам, выложенным природным камнем, ходить страшно, они рассыпаются, камни, расколотые так и лежат , представляя опасность. А места от вывороченных беседок зияют чернотой и тропинки - в никуда.. Территория не ухожена, захламлена. В группе ВКонтакте указано, что в стоимость аренды беседки или мангальной зоны входит вязанка дров, шампура.. На самом деле- это всё пришлось оплачивать дополнительно, после нашего замечания о несоответствии, никто не извинился, просто отредактировали информацию. Так как снова идти в магазин путь не близкий, пришлось оплатить. Оплатили без чека, мимо кассы..Как и номер гостиницы, впрочем. Так ещё и будьте готовы за 500 рублей выпросить у персонала тряпку , таз с водой, чтобы отмыть стол и скамейки..Прожив с внуком неделю в пустом комплексе услышала от администратора вопрос, кто я , почему я тут нахожусь!!! Это нормально?Никакой клиентоориентированности, элементарной вежливости, порядочности,внимания по отношению к гостям. Одним словом, не рекомендую никому! Отстой((
