The base of rest "fir-Tree", decorated in rustic style, located near the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in the village Christmas Trees. On the spacious territory of base of rest for accommodation of guests are 2 log home with all amenities, comfortable furniture and a kitchen. Guests can relax in the sauna, play volleyball and badminton, enjoy a barbecue in the fresh air and request medical procedures. The property is ideal for family holidays as well as for celebrations and wedding ceremonies.
Two identical log guest house with a shared terrace is designed for 8-10 people. Each house has an equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, a living room with table and chairs, TV with satellite channels, DVD, Playstation, karaoke, Board games, wood-burning fireplace, electric heaters, 2 sleeping areas, washroom with shower, hot/cold water, washing machine, dryer, Hairdryer, towels, personal hygiene products.
For Breakfast, lunch and dinner and reservation is needed. Guests can prepare their products in guest houses in the equipped kitchen.
At the recreation center has everything for receptions and banquets. Equipped Banquet hall with a capacity of 50-60 persons. In the Banquet room: tables, chairs, TV with satellite channels, karaoke, music equipment, fridge, microwave, Potter, sink, kitchenware, garden furniture with barbecue.
Features: Parking, 5 covered pavilions with barbecue picnic on a different number of people from 8 to 40, an area for a bonfire, sauna, table tennis, swings, hammocks, badminton, volleyball, tree house, hire a Quad bike and horses. In winter there is a snowmobile and the slide-tubing.

Two-story log house in rustic style. In the house: bedroom with double bed Queen size on first floor and attic sleeping area with three double beds, one of which is also Queen size, a kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for 10 people; living room with fireplace, dining area, and a video with the Playstation 3 and karaoke; facilities with shower.
