Далеко. Дорога плохая. То, что на фото не соответствует действительности. Подъехав к шлагбауму территорию не рассмотреть. А посмотреть нельзя - как на режимном объекте, вернее можно но за деньги. Просто, чтобы взглянуть - берут деньги! При этом ещё и хамское отношение к клиентам. Не стоит эта лужа - того. Вокруг есть и другие.
