Обслуживание здесь осталось с 80 годов прошлого века однако цены соответствуют современным. Номера не убирают, разве что очень попросить на ресепшене, даже туалетную бумагу приходится просить. В сауне за 3000 нет горячей воды. Коктейли которые стоят 450 рублей вместо тоника разбавляют минералкой, ну и приносят через 50 минут! Кухня в ресторане отвратительна - уровень школьных столовых, обслуживание так же на уровне совдепии. Больше сюда никогда не приедем!
