It offers cosy rooms of different categories in comfortable eco-friendly wooden cottages. A wide range of rooms with all the amenities from apartments and suites to suites.

Food

On the basis of the offers set meals three times a day in the restaurant of home cuisine "Assembly". Each cottage is equipped with kitchen facilities to ensure that vacationers can prepare your own meals.

Infrastructure

At the base of the restaurant has a hall with a fireplace and a Grand piano for different events. There is a conference hall for seminars and trainings for 40 seats, summer cafe.

For guests there is a Parking for cars.

Barbecue can be cooked in a special gazebos and picnic sites.

There is a Russian and Finnish sauna with a plunge pool. Guests can play Billiards, table tennis, volleyball. For children a games room and a children's Playground.

Taking sports equipment in the rental, guests can go skiing or Cycling, boating, speedboat, catamaran or water skiing, diving.

How to get there

Tula region, Aleksin urban district, the village of Bonario

By car:

  • on the Simferopol highway, between 134th and 135 km (about 114 km from Moscow ring road ) turn right at the sign "Nenasheva - Aleksin". Using 14-15 km (on Iron), turn right at the sign "Aleksin". Then straight to the pointer "Zaokskiy" and then right before recreation "Montazhnik".

Все-таки это не б/о в полном смысле этого термина, а скорее коттеджный поселок с некоторым объемом развлекательных услуг. К примеру, тут нет проката, и его очень не хватает( Из традиционных для загородных объектов отдыха вещей есть детская площадка, бильярдная зона и вроде бы сетка для волейбола. Квадриков или там снегоходов нет. "Окатур" пойдет как место где можно отметить свадьбу или корпоратив. Благо что жилой фонд на высоте, нам достался отличный коттедж "Сюит", ремонт там в стиле начала нулевых, но зато новый и все чистенько. Еда в ресторане неплохая, но кушали и вкуснее, возможно банкетное меню более изысканно. В целом недостаток развлечения компенсируется тишиной, уединенностью и красивой природой вокруг. А если самостоятельно продумать себе занятия, то и вовсе нет проблем!

PS Местная речушка неплохое место для купания и загорания, но там часто много местных, причем вызывающих подозрения. Так что лучше дойти до Оки, хоть и дольше и берег не такой удобный.

Мне очень понравилось в окатуре, хочу опять поехать туда.
Это самый сказочный лес. Воздух там самый чистый.Недалеко река Вашана. Вот что нужно для отдыха.
