The base of rest "Rayok" is a wonderfully beautiful place for an interesting and healthy holiday with the whole family or friendly company. The recreation center is located on the banks of Glazovskiy reservoir, 10 km from the centre of the ancient town of Suzdal.

On site there is a stocked ponds, through which the process of fishing can be fun for the whole family. Convenient walkways, rent fishing rods and fish tanks, beautiful nature — everything has to pleasant rest.

Each guest will be able to find something to their liking. For active guests, rental services and outdoor games. To have a comfortable gazebo in a woodland area and on the waterfront. For younger guests, a children's Playground on site.

And in Rayok, you can organize a wedding reception, anniversary or to hold a memorable corporate getaway.

Room fund

To stay on-site recreation facilities include two cozy houses with a total capacity of 10 rooms category "Standard" and "Family". It is possible to book the house completely or for individual rooms.

In summer equipped camping site with WC and shower and place for a fireplace.

Without accommodation for 70 persons.

Prepayment Cost of the first day.
Cancellations Free cancellation 5 hours prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 5 hours before arrival the penalty will be 100% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day.
Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.
Children accommodation Free of charge without a seat up to 3 years

Upon arrival a Deposit of 5,000 rubles (cash). Upon departure Deposit will be returned.

On the territory of the recreation center is prohibited:

  • campfires (in designated areas);
  • wash cars;
  • to walk dogs without a muzzle and leash;
  • to exercise any trade;
  • swimming in places where exposed warning buoys and signs;
  • to bathe in an alcohol intoxication;
  • to make the rooms furniture, bed linen, towels, rearranged the furniture in the rooms;
  • in accordance with the requirements of the Federal law from 23.02.2013 n 15-FZ, non-Smoking rooms, on balconies, on-site Smoking is only Allowed in specially-reserved place;
  • to cook food directly in the rooms;
  • to use pyrotechnic products, shoot firearms, hunting and pneumatic weapons in the territory.

How to get there

By car:

  • To travel from Suzdal on the road M-7 in the city of Ivanovo. Using 2.9 km after the bridge over the river Nerl, turn left at the sign for S. Little Boriskovo. After passing the village, turn right at the fork, go straight on to the base (about 2 km).

Прекрасно отдохнули летом на этой турбазе. Понравилась большая территория: рядом река, озеро, есть прокат лодок. Купаться правда нельзя, но просто красиво, умиротворяет, радует глаз. Зато можно рыбачить. Сами не рыбачили, но соседи сказали, что хорошая.
Для активных есть футбольное поле, для тех кто приехал расслабляться - столики и лавки на улице, мангалы с шампурами и углем, в общем все, что нужно для отдыха на природе.
Проживание тоже оставило приятные впечатления: номер хороший, белье чистое, все есть. Было прохладно, потому что окна на север, но можно прибавить батареи или просто укутаться. Одеяла теплые, мягкие.
Для готовки есть кухня - общая, но чистая, культурная, все есть. Проблем не возникало.
Даже не знаю что еще сказать :)
В общем, турбаза хорошая, все есть и придраться не к чему. Довольны сами и охотно посоветуем другим.

Турбаза небольшая, но уютная, облагороженная, для отдыха все есть. Находится на берегу водохранилища -красивый, живописный вид.
Номер хороший, уютный, единственное не было кондиционера, только вентилятор. Мы были в жаркие дни, поэтому было не очень комфортно в этом плане.
Но остаьное всё прекрасно, сам номер чистенький, что-то вроде скандинавского стиля. Мы жили на 2 этаже, а на 1 - общая кухня, где можно готовить. Все необходимое есть и в отличном состоянии. Мы довольны отдыхои.

Очень хорошая баня, даже в родной Москве такую еще поищи! Ну и в целом крайне достойное место чтобы провести выходные с друзьями за пивом-шашлыком. Все понравилось, особое спасибо грамотному и радушному персоналу.
