Podkumok river

Podkumok is the main river of the Northern Caucasus. It is the largest and most full-flowing tributary of the Kuma river, having a length of about 160 km It originates on the slopes of the mountains in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and then flows through the territory of the Stavropol region, encompassing the city of Kislovodsk, Pyatigorsk, Yessentuki and other settlements and as a favorite place for tourism and recreation.
