Polisty river

River Polist flows through the territory of the Novgorod and Pskov regions, stretching more than 170 km in length. It originates in the lake Polisto, and at the end of the path meets the river Lovat on the Priilmenskaya lowlands. At first the shore Polist primarily wetlands, in the middle course they are covered with forest vegetation, and then again laid bare.
