Ilek river

The Ilek river is the largest tributary of the Ural river. It flows through the territory of the Orenburg region of Russia and Aktyubinsk region of Kazakhstan and has a length of 623 km. the name of the river received from the Bashkir word "Ilek", that in translation means "deer". The river is slow and narrow, but has a great diversity of fish that inhabit its waters.
