Nahimovskoe (Sula-yarvi) lake

Nakhimovsky lake is located in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region and is named after the Russian Admiral Nakhimov. Before it had the name Sula-yarvi, but was later renamed for the nearby training base of the Nakhimov naval College. The lake has an elongated shape and the total surface area of 14.2 sq.km., and its banks and surroundings are extremely picturesque. Tourists coming to the lake can enjoy boating and enjoy the beauty of this place, or rent a boat to go fishing. In the waters of the lake there are perch, bream, burbot, ruff, pike and other fish species.
