Narva river

The river Narva, or Narova, flowing on the border of Russia and Estonia, situated at 77 km in length. Its channel is actually the border of the two States. The river flows from lake Peipus and in the end of it flows into the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic sea. On the territory of Leningrad region in the upper reaches of the Narva river there are several small settlements, but rather a vast area of coast occupied swampy forests.
