Ayttoyoki river

Itoyoko is a relatively small river, only 7 km in length. It originates from lake Hautalampi, flows through the forests of Karelia and then flows into lake Salojarvi. The banks of the river, mostly uninhabited: it is the only village Vegarus, and large settlements located many miles away. As a rule, rest on the river Itoyoko concentrated in Vegarus: in here is the same comfortable hotel, which offers tourists with hire boats and bicycles, relax in the bath and other fun activities on the beach, hunting and fishing. In the waters of Attiki dwell pike, IDE, bream, perch, roach, burbot, Dace and other fish – more than 10 types. You can fish on the shore or from a boat. Itoyoko does not freeze even in the cold, so you can come here in every season to admire the beautiful Karelian nature.
