Понравилось – изумительная природа, чистая ухоженная территория, работа персонала. Не понравилось – запах в туалете домика, скудный завтрак. Вердикт: твердая четыре, есть над чем работать, но все познается в сравнении и точно говорю что далеко не самая плохая база в регионе!
Отдыхали здесь с женой и её коллегами на майские. Был неприятный момент, когда дырку в паласе нам при выезде пытались поставить в нашу вину и оштрафовать. К счастью, в итоге разобрались, что мы тут не при чем. Пожелание владельцам – поддерживайте домики в хорошем состоянии, не надо экономить на мелком ремонте и позволять копиться вот таким вот мелочам, тогда и дома буду дольше служить, и подобных курьезов с гостями не будет возникать. А так замечательно отдохнули! Персоналу пять баллов за отзывчивость.
ТАКОГО ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЯ И ВНИМАНИЯ НЕ ВИДЕЛИ НИ В ОДНОМ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ ПО ДАННОМУ НАПРАВЛЕНИЮ.
ОБСЛУЖИВАЮЩИЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ ПРОСТО ОТЛИЧНЫЙ . ОСОБЕННО ОТМЕЧАЕМ ТАТЬЯНУ ( АДМИНИСТРАТОР КОТОРЫЙ РАБОТАЕТ НЕДАВНО) . СТОЛЬКО НАМ БЫЛО ОРГАНИЗОВАНО С ЕЕ СТОРОНЫ И МАШУЛЯ ПРИНИМАЛА УЧАСТИЯ (ГОРНИЧНАЯ) . НАМ БЫЛ ОРГАНИЗОВАН СТОЛ С ХОЛОДНОЙ ЗАКУЗКОЙ , ПОСЛЕ САУНЫ И ШИКАРНОГО БАССЕЙНА БЫЛО ПОДАНО ГОРЯЧЕЕ. ВСЕ ЗАСЕРВИРОВАНО БЫЛО КАК В ОТЕЛИ 5 ЗВЕЗД. ОТМЕЧАЛИ В КОМНАТЕ ОТДЫХА . МЫ БЫЛИ ПРОСТО ДОМА , ДЕВОЧКИ БЫЛИ В НУЖНЫЙ МОМЕНТ , А ТАК МЫ СИДЕЛИ И НАМ НИКТО НЕ МЕШАЛ.
