Free cancellation is not possible. In case of cancellation more than 22 days before arrival, a penalty of 3% of the received prepayment will be charged . In case of cancellation less than 22 days before arrival the penalty will be 10% of the received prepayment.
The absence of the guest
No-show is considered to be the arrival of the guest after 00:00 hours of the next day. Penalty for no-show — 100% of the prepayment amount.
Children accommodation
Free of charge without a seat up to 6 years
Children up to 6 years free without extra bed. Breakfast for children must be ordered and paid additionally.
Children on additional bed is 800 rubles/day.

By public transport:
by train from the North you can reach to Krasnodar or Belorechensk. Then you can request a transfer in the complex, or take a bus to Maikop. From Maykop to Kamennomostskiy village accessible by train or bus. From Kamennomostskiy to Dakhovskaya can be reached by car, taxi or Shuttle service.
By car:
if you drive from Moscow by car, you need M4. The road takes about 17 – 20 hours. Near Korenovsk turn to the Settlements. Then follow to the city of Ust-Labinsk – Krasnodar – Maykop – Kamennomostsky. Next – Guzeripl'. Along the canyon of the White river to drive only 8 km away.
Нахожусь в данный момент в этом месте, хочу предостеречь всех желающих сюда приехать от ситуации которая возникла у нас. Здесь очень тонкие стены и перекрытия между этажами тоже очень тонкие и скрипят. На первом этаже спать невозможно, над головой шумят соседи! И шумят, это мало сказать, спать невозможно совсем. А какой отдых без сна ночью??? Обратиться по этому поводу не к кому, никакой охраны на территории, никого, кто бы мог помочь нет. Сейчас 12 ночи, спать не возможно, над нами громко играет музыка и танцуют люди. Делать нам нечего, не съезжать же посреди ночи к себе в машину спать. Вот такая правда! Ни разу в жизни не попадала в такие конченые отели! И вам не советую!!!
Плохая шумоизоляция. Иногда слышно автомобили по ночам.
Очень прекрасный комплекс полного цикла. Отдых, питание, организация банкета.
Мы еще специально ездили отметить туда День Победы.
Очень хорошо провели время.
Рекомендую этот комплекс для досуга.
Очень понравился отдых на данной турбазе. Все очень чисто, аккуратно и удобно. Хорошая банька, купель необыкновенная. Отлично кормят в ресторане. Персонал радушный. Детям понравилась игровая площадка и зоопарк. Для пожилых людей спокойный отдых, ну и молодежи есть чем заняться.
